I have heard enough negative conclusions now about the Randra bhava or the eighth house as well as the eighth lord as it is the house of death and the lord governs your life span.
But one thing which everyone forgets that there is a unique concept of death in Vedas it never takes the conclusion of death as an end but as a complete change.
The reality is this that after trine houses it is only house eighth which can give sudden and grand success to an individual as eighth house is the house of sudden wealth, secrecy and the ultimate price which we will pay in our lives for success.
If eighth lord is exalted two things becomes sure first there will be great hurdles to the success of an individual and other he will cross every hurdle although it will take a bit long time but no worries as it also confirms the purna ayu yoga or long life.
If eighth lord comes into its own sign or mooltrikona then the person will be trustworthy and he will again get long life but numerous ups and downs in life but no matter how much down he falls he will surely make a sudden come back a bit surprising changes in life which seems to be negative in the beginning but ends up in positivity in life.
If your eighth lord is in 6th or 12th house or under some conditions in 2nd or 7th house it can give rise to Vipreet Rajyoga
If you eighth lord conjuncts 6th or 12th lord it assure your success in life sooner or later and if your lagna lord is strong larger than expected success is in wait for you.
The eighth house is considered to be the most strong point for Vipreet Raj Yoga as it is the worst house in any Kundali but as per my perception the guys with strong eighth house gets immortal fame and money in offbeat and innovative fields.

Chandra periods are generally placid, albeit there may be an underlying narrative of emotional urgency. One may feel compelled to react to the hidden forces which one senses are just below the surface and ready to erupt. The bhava ruled by Chandra anchors the type of social activity and the material outcome.
