Yes it is true, if you fear Saturn it's OK because everyone is afraid from evil person.
It is planet of delay, depression,struggle and troubles.
If it is bad in kundali it will make your life hell, if it is goodie kundali then even it will give you things after so long and hard struggles that you will loose the charm of getting it.
Saturn is not divine it is a demon so it can never bring happiness.
